I came here for LIVE MUSIC THURSDAYS with the Rhythm4U Band @rhythmislife32 at @themarqueecharlotte!!!! SINGERS ( & POETS./Spokenword artists..) this is for YOU!!! It was a wonderful experience. My waitress/ server D, she was so attentive and kind. I truly enjoyed myself here. They had great cocktails & tapas!!!! I tried the Italian Panini-, and the first try had turkey pepperoni, so I opted to just take it to go. The owner/chef remade it with jalapenos which although I do not like spicy foods, was still a delicious experience. The fries were crispy (to go). I ordered fried green beans, which honestly were my favorite! It came with a garlic aoili. The atmosphere was elegant yet modern. It is a great space for anyone who would like a nice cocktail and small plates. Date night, solo or couples even groups, birthdays were being celebrated as well. The music, both singing and live band, was highly energetic. The crowd couldn't stop singing and dancing. They truly enjoyed my poetry as well...#shamelessplug. The cost to dine and drink matches many of the more upscale venues in the city. The ambiance was worth it, as was the food. They also had outdoor seating and tables with a heater. It's definitely your go-to space to enjoy fun, food, and festivities. Located at 3131 Tuckaseegee Rd Charlotte NC. Doors open at 5 for the mixer/networking and 8pm live music starts on Thursdays. Parking available on side street if lot is full. Limited on site parking.

This was our first time coming to Marquee but it won’t be my last. Everything was amazing but I must say the service was the best, even over the food. Don’t get me wrong the food was really good, but because of the service I will be back. I didn’t get any pictures of our food because everything was looking and smelling so good we started eating as soon as our plate hit the table lol. I also love that it’s in a neighborhood that they are bringing some life back into. I didn’t get the owner name but thank you for taking the time to educate us on what the building was before, that really meant a lot. I pray you all have abundant of continue success.

Had a great time out with my girlfriend and her brother. Sat at the table closest to the live band. The band and it's multiple singers were awesome. Drinks and food did not disappoint either!!! I strongly recommend this place for a good time of food, drinks and entertainment.

We loved Marquee Charlotte! The drinks were good, the music was great! I will absolutely be back to try the food!

Attended a Clark Atlanta University alumni event for the holidays at the Marquee Charlotte. We arrived pretty early and in the bar was just us, so it was a nice intimate setting. It is a two-story building with two fully functioning bars, upstairs and downstairs. When you first walk in you are greeted by security who just wants to make sure you’re not bringing in any weapons or vapes. They are very friendly. When you enter into the building there is a reception area to the right and a DJ area to the left, next to a nice Instagram/selfie area with ”The Marquee” in a neon sign. Upstairs has sections for guests to celebrate their birthday or a special event. That’s where we sat. There are high top tables as well as sections with comfortable, plush couches, and it’s decorated like a nice uptown loft. The drinks are reasonably priced. I had a regular margarita, a tequila sunrise, and another margarita with mango all with 1800. (Tip: Make sure to specify the kind of tequila you want in your drinks. At any bar not just this one.) The bartender, Mandi, took care of us for most of the night and our waitress was very attentive and explained the menu options as many of us ordered different things with dietary restrictions. The music was amazing. Earlier in the night, there is a playlist that plays a lot of AfroBeats and Afro Caribbean music, but after 9 PM a DJ comes in. I happened to know the DJ who was a DJ in my hometown, DJ Hukher. I’m always looking for a nice 30 crowd and this was it. Overall a very grown and sexy vibe and the food and drink were top-tier! I will be back.

My first time in Charlotte and here. I will be telling everyone about it! Highly recommend. Felt like family and enjoyed every moment. Food was great and service was even better! That's what I look forward to. The music and amazing vibe was just a bonus! DJ Styles was amazing! When I come back to Charlotte with some friends, we will definitely be coming here.

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you for allowing us to host our event at The Marquee. Everything turned out absolutely perfect! Your space was beautiful, and your team truly went above and beyond to make the night special. The wait staff and bartenders were incredibly sweet and pleasant so attentive and professional throughout the evening. Anastasia, in particular, was amazing and so responsive to all of my requests. She made sure we had everything we needed, often checking in to make sure things were running smoothly. DJ did a phenomenal job uploading and playing the videos seamlessly, and the DJ’s music kept the energy up all night long. The champagne toast was such a lovely touch and really helped make the moment feel magical. Thank you again for everything it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team.

We live it....For the fact that is for grown fellas, we are the millennial we don't have time for trap music, give us them 90s vibes....Some late 80s jamz....the DJ is fire ....Love it
